The elders of Judson Baptist Church are responsible for the overall spiritual care and oversight of the JBC family. They are selected (or affirmed) and voted on by the congregation annually.

 

 

Mark Daniels

 

Mark, currently serving as Chairman of the Elders, joined Judson in 1994 and chose the church for its strong commitment to practical biblical instruction, its family focused ministries, and its desire to reach a diverse community. Mark has served as Usher Chairman, small group leader, and children's church teacher. He is also involved in tutoring programs and Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) in the public schools of Oak Park. Mark has a 20 year old daughter and he and his wife Wendynal have three children.

 

 

Trevor Good

 

Trevor is originally from Sarasota, Florida, but has now officially spent half of his life in Chicago!  His wife, Alison, and their children live in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. Trevor has been at Judson since 1990 when he first visited as a college student from the Moody Bible Institute. In 1993 he started working at JBC as a youth minister and has served under many other titles. He has served as an elder since 2003.
